A 110mm diameter capped stack breather vent for use with soil systems, extraction purposes or for simply venting roof spaces.
The Ubbink OFT/1F is a 110mm diameter capped stack breather vent for use in built-up felt roofs, GRP roofs, EDPM and many other single ply membranes.
The OFT/1 is suitable for use with soil & vent systems and for both mechanical and natural (passive) ventilation installations (available in all materials).
The OFT/1F flat roof vent is suitable for use with soil systems, extraction systems and vent systems. It offers a large free vent area with a low Pascal resistance figure. The stack cap is mechanically fixed so more secure when installed in extreme weathers, but can be removed for servicing purposes.
