Description:
Klober Flavent Flat Roof Breather Vents with Bitumen skirt. Designed for air circulation above the insulation layer and for the removal of trapped moisture.
Ventilation Outlets are used to allow moisture to escape from unventilated warm roofs. Moisture can get trapped within the roof during construction, if ventilation is not provided, heat from the sun can cause gases to expand, which in turn can cause blistering and tearing of the roof membrane. The Bitumen Flange has a diameter of 500mm x 500mm and creates a water-tight seal to bitumen and PVC flat roof membranes
Klober Vent Pipes for living spaces are air flow optimised solutions for flat roofs. They help to remove stale air and moisture, from moisture rich areas, such as bathrooms and kitchens.
